Inlay graphics are a great cost-effective option if you are looking for a professional feel to your stand but may not have the budget to brand the whole stand. With inlay graphics you can choose to brand specific individual panels, that are positioned in strategic places for the most effective branding or brand the entirety of your stand.
Overlay vs Inlay graphic panels – what’s the difference?
The main difference between inlay and overlay graphics is how to graphics fit within the panel frame. Overlay graphics will cover the frame poles that join each panel, whereas inlay panel graphics sit inside the frame of the panel.
How many graphic panels are required?
Checking the size of your shell scheme stand, which can be found in your exhibitor manual, floor plan, or invoice from the show organiser, is the simplest way to find out your stand size. Once you have your stand size and number of open sides, you can determine how many panels you will need.
You will need 1 panel for every 1m, if you have 0.5m panels, you will have to order the full 1m panel.
An example below of how many panels you will need if you have a 3×3 stand. Please note: the below is just an example, we supply panels for all stand sizes and you can use the below to understand how many panels your stand may need. If you are unsure, please contact our exhibitor team.
- 3m x 3m (1 open sides) = 9 panels
- 3m x 3m (2 open sides) = 6 panels
- 3m x 3m (3 open side) = 3 panels
- 3.5m x 3.5m (1 open side) = 12 panels
- 3.5m x 3.5m (2 open sides) = 8 panels
- 3.5 x 3.5m (3 open sides) = 4 panels
