EB: Reusable Inlay Graphics

The main difference between inlay and overlay graphics is how to graphics fit within the panel frame. Overlay graphics will cover the frame poles that join each panel, whereas inlay panel graphics sit inside the frame of the panel.

Checking the size of your shell scheme stand, which can be found in your exhibitor manual, floor plan, or invoice from the show organiser, is the simplest way to find out your stand size. Once you have your stand size and number of open sides, you can determine how many panels you will need. An example of this, a 3x3m stand, with two open sides, will need 6 panels of graphics.

You will need 1 panel for every 1m, if you have 0.5m panels, you will have to order the full 1m panel.

• The graphics will be proofed, printed, installed by Full Vision, for the event you have ordered them with us, installation after this event is the exhibitor’s responsibility.
• The graphics will be rolled, transported and stored in tubes.
• Full Vision will provide the storage tube, this will be left on your stand after the graphics have been installed, please keep this safe as we will not be able to replace this onsite.
• It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to de-rig the graphics after the show has ended and organise the collection and shipment of the graphics to your office or storage locations.
• The number of panels you are ordering fit only within the stand size you have when you place the order, meaning if you order the graphics for a 3×3 stand, and the next time you have a 4×3, you will have some panels missing graphics.
• You should avoid any text, dates, or images that would date your graphics.

• Due to the graphics being rollable, transported in a tube and ultimately stored after your event, there will be a curve in the graphic that will become more prominent each time it is stored in the tube.
• As there is a curve, the graphics may not sit completely flush to the panel. This should be kept in mind if you have images or text that needs to align from one panel to the next, as this may not be possible.
• As with inlay graphics, there will be the metal pole of the shell structure between each graphic, so please account for this in your design process.
• You will need to purchase the correct tape for usage on repeat installation
• The shell scheme / booth comes in different sizes, depending on what company is building the structure, so the graphics may not fit perfectly each time.
